Thursdays with Kristy

I'm thankful for....the sun because it grows us wonderful food and beautiful flowers. I'm just not a fan of 93 degree temperatures.

I'm listening to....Theya turning the couch cushions into a fort, she's not sleeping because its so hot in her room even with the fan going.

What's for dinner tonight....pizza, bread sticks and salad. I didn't want to use the oven but Arlen loves my pizza so much and he looks forward to coming home on Thursday nights to pizza so I'm gonna make it for him. I don't think the house could get much hotter anyway.

What I'm looking forward to....having a usable mud room. We're so, so close and I can't wait.

What's happening this week....working on the addition, weeding, chopping wood, building roosts and nests for the chickens, putting up more fencing and going to the parade on Saturday!

I am missing....consistently reading the Bible. Before the boys were born I had a routine and read my Bible daily. Now, not so much. I finally got the boys to sleep through the night only two months ago but now they are sleeping and so is Momma. Its time I get consistent again at reading my Bible daily. I also love to memorize scripture and need to get back at doing that. I also want to get Theya started on memorizing scripture.
