Then he opened a present from my Mom and step dad Monte.
He got more books from Chuck Swindoll's series that he likes so much and 'Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer' note cards. My Mom knows him well, he loves that movie and can almost quote the entire movie.
Then, Theya turned 3 on Sunday, June 14th and we started the morning by lighting a candle in her toast and singing 'Happy Birthday' to her.
Then we got ready to have a 'party'. The boys turned 1 on Monday, June 15th. We had three sets of balloons with a Happy 1st, 3rd, and 30th balloon. We had lots of primary colored polka dots and decorations.
This is the birthday banner I made for Theya's first birthday. I made the number removable so I can use it for every one's birthdays. But since every one's birthdays ended up all together we had a '1' on it this year.
Our neighbors let us borrow their huge inflatable and it was a huge it with the kids. Thanks so much Howard and Dee!

After lunch we started with the cakes. I made everyone their own cake this year since the boys turned one. It was a lot of work but so much fun! Next year every one's going to share a cake or two.

Then it was Kalen's turn.
He enjoyed it for a long time and actually ate quite a bit of the cake.
I made Theya, Black Bottom Cupcakes. She requested pink and purple since they her favorite colors and wants everything to be pink and purple.
I made Arlen a Chocolate Truffle dessert and it turned out so good. Definitely something I'll make again.
My stepsister Tiffany's husband Wayne shares his birthday with Arlen. He turned 31 so we put the 30 and the 1 candles on his amazing ice cream cake the Tiffany made for him.
After we sang 'Happy Birthday' 5 times, Grandpa thought it would be fun to sing it one more time and try to get every one's names in there in the right order. Happy Birthday Gannon, Kalen, Theya, Arlen and Wayne!!!!! Fun Times!

Then the presents began and it was like Christmas in June. The boys got lots of fun boy toys which was great because we really only had girl toys in this house until their birthday.
Theya got a 'pink' computer and is having fun learning to use a mouse and all about letters and numbers.

Arlen got a shotgun for his Father's Day/Birthday present. He's loving it!

And she got a princess dress with wings even, how fun!
