Valentine's Day

In the afternoon on Valentine's Day we decorated sugar cookies.

For dinner we had hot dogs, greek salad and strawberry jello with fruit in it. The reason we had hot dogs is because it's something you might have at a drive-in theater. Earlier in the day the kids and I took three boxes and decorated them to look like cars. They had head lights, tail lights and steering wheels. Then Theya drew in details like a bumper and doors. The boys just scribbled all over themselves and the boxes.

After dinner it was time to head to the drive-in. Half way through the movie we stopped to get snacks and had popcorn, root beer and candy.

The kids didn't go to bed until 9:00 pm and had so much fun, they are asking to do it again.

The next day we still had more cookies to decorate. The kids love to decorate them and eat them.

I still love to decorate them too. This picture is for you Mom because I know how much you love them.
