More Visits with Grandparents

We went over to Grandpa George (my mom's dad) and Grandma Carol's (my mom's step mom) last night to visit. It was their first time to meet the boys. We had a good visit. As usual Grandpa (some times known as the candy man) was trying to give us every kind of sweet possible; pop, ice cream, cookies, candy, etc. Theya enjoyed helping herself to the candy jar. We eventually had to stop her.

All the kids got new teddy bears and the boys each got really cute blankets that Grandma made for them. Theya was getting out all the old toys that we use to play with over there when we were kids. So, many fun memories of all us cousins going over there and Grandma helping us make our parents Christmas presents.

Grandma still has the touch, Kalen fell asleep with her pretty much right away. We had fun listening to Grandpa's stories of ... "when I was a little girl".

We really need to make a point to visit them more. They're getting older and we're sure going to miss them when they're gone.
