I'm thankful for....Arlen. He gets up every morning at 5:00 am. Drinks a little coffee and heads to the barn to milk Sage and Maddie. Then he finishes getting ready for work and works a 10 hour day. As soon as he gets home he grabs the milk pail from me and milks the goats again. Yesterday he wasn't in the house until after 6:30 pm. He works, works, and works some more and doesn't complain. He's wonderful! And not just because he's a good provider but for so, so many reasons. I love you Arlen!
I'm listening to....Theya turning the entire living room into a jungle gym with all the couch cushions and pillows. And the boys climbing all over the pillows.
What's for dinner tonight....leftovers. We're going to my sisters tonight for my nephew John's 8th birthday and my niece Caitlin's 2nd birthday. There won't be much time for dinner tonight so we're having leftovers.
What I'm looking forward to....going to my Aunt Judy's today for lunch with some of my cousins.
We got a double stroller this week and I'm looking forward to using it this summer. Theya's getting to where she doesn't always want to go in the stroller so the triple doesn't always work anymore. I got a lightweight side by side stroller and I really like it.
Yesterday I got my supplies to make hard cheeses and mozzarella. I'm so excited. I apologize in advance for all the upcoming posts about cheese. I'm excited about it so feel free to stop reading this blog if you're sick of hearing about cheese.
What's happening this week....getting our storage room built and up and running.
I am missing....I really can't think of anything right now.

How much are you selling some of that soft cheese for that we had for lunch at your house. I really liked it. I'd like to buy some of it from you.
I would like to buy some too , but I don't think it would be formage blanc by the time I got it. Ha Ha.
