I'm thankful for....windows. We need to buy four windows for our addition and that is going to be one of the biggest expenses. Arlen is working on a remodel right now and the people are getting new windows. They have four really nice windows that would work perfectly for us and Arlen asked if we could buy them. This morning they told Arlen we could have the windows for a case of beer. So, he's going to pick up the windows this weekend. I'm so excited because that means we'll actually be able to have a mudroom. Since getting all the animals its very difficult to keep the house clean because we have to come in the front door with our muddy boots.
I'm listening to....nothing! The kids are sleeping and its silent. This doesn't happen often and I'm enjoying it right now.
What's for dinner tonight....Spaghetti with Sour Dough French Bread and Veggies. I started a sourdough starter on Sunday night so yesterday I made French Bread with it. It turned out so good. I love sourdough and I've been wanting to learn how to make bread with out commercial yeast so I read up on how to make a starter and got some recipes.
What I'm looking forward to....going to the Mother of the Year banquet tonight with the multiples club. It'll be so nice to get out and not have to feed the kids and clean up. I hope they all enjoy the spaghetti and bread I've made for them.
What's happening this week....work, work and work some more. We're trying to get a lot of things done around here before summer so that we can take a few days at least and do some fun things. The last two summers we haven't been able to do anything. Two summers ago we were working on this place every chance we had. And last summer I had two babies! I feel so bad, Theya is turning 3 and she's never even been to the beach. We trying to get the chickens yard all fenced, the back yard fenced for the kids and the addition finished and a bunch of junk cleaned up. We won't accomplish it all this weekend but hopefully before Arlen's family comes for a visit the end of June.
I am missing....I really can't think of anything right now.

That's so exciting that you can get the windows! I'm sure it'll be marvelous to have a mudroom! We don't have a farm & it still drives me crazy:) I hope you can get lots done in the next few weeks so that you can have a break & not feel even a little bit guilty about it! You guys have been working hard!
